If you will not be in Westchester County on November 5, 2013 you can vote by Absentee Ballot.
Click here to download the absentee ballot application. Mail it or drop it off to the Westchester County Board of Elections in White Plains.
You will receive the absentee ballot by mail. You may also go to the Westchester County Board of Elections in White Plains and pick up the absentee ballot there.
