Why Participation in Protests are important: Studies have shown that nonviolent movements that have actively engaged at least 3.5% of the population have succeeded in achieving  major political change -- usually regime change, independence or a significant policy shift.

Larchmont: Farmer’s Market @ 10AM

New Rochelle:  Across from downtown Post Office @ 9-10:30.

Brewster:  @ 1:30PM Double bonus -- Troll Mike Lawlor and stay for Harvest Festival. Email [email protected]om to join with other participants 

New York City: @ 11am - 1 pm, Father Duffy Square, 47th St. and Broadway and marching down to 14th. Mamaroneck participants meeting at train station for the 9:56 train into NYC

Washington: @12am - 2pm,  Pennsylvania Avenue Northwest & 3rd Street Northwest
